After graduating from the University Of North Florida, Wellington Executive Services Director Paul Culbert returned to his home town of Wellington, FL. Having acquired experience in Real Estate (under the tutelage of Jim Corbin), Sales and Marketing (under the
direction of the present 'Mayor Of Wellington', Darell Bowen), and Logistical Management (with a South Florida Based International Company), he found a need to establish a company in the Wellington Area that incorporated his extensive experiences and met the various needs of his afluent clients.
